Anne Guerra

Prior to Retina Consultants of America Anne had the opportunity to direct and manage many different specialties to include, Anesthesia, Pain, Dialysis, Family Practice, Rehabilitation, and Oral Surgery. She served as a director in acute care settings for over 10 years. Anne started her career in clinical research in Oral Surgery over 25 years ago and has been able to continue her passion with research through her time at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and through out her career. Anne proudly served in the United States Army Reserve for 14 years and is a Desert Storm War Veteran.

In her current role as the Site Implementation Director Anne works as the liaison between the sites and the RCA staff, assisting with day-to-day operations, site growth and management.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas, a master’s in healthcare administration along with mediation certifications in both basic mediation and family law from the University of Texas school of Law.
