Rebecca Kyte

Rebecca brings over 10 years of experience in retina research and is based in Houston, TX. She began her clinical research career at Retina Consultants of Texas (formerly Retina Consultants of Houston) in 2014, where she coordinated over 50 clinical trials. Rebecca spearheaded the development of a research-focused training and quality assurance department, which quickly grew into a full team under her management, training over 90 employees with more than 125 trials across four research centers in Texas.

Since joining RCA Research in 2020, Rebecca has utilized her expertise to centralize training and streamline RCA’s research training process, enhancing job descriptions, and improving efficiency. As Director of Operations and Training, Rebecca oversees operational functions and leads initiatives that align training with the overall strategy of RCA. She is responsible for coordinating training plans, developing interactive workshops for RCA clinical research sites nationally, and supporting research integration as new groups join the RCA network. Rebecca’s passion for training and her leadership in operations make her a vital asset to the organization's growth and success.
